Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
All products sold on PrintYouth are digital files (PNG, PSD, AI) delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the files are immediately accessible after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been completed and the download link has been issued.
2. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:
- ✓Corrupted or unreadable files — the files you received cannot be opened or are damaged.
- ✓Missing files — the download did not contain all the files described in the product listing.
- ✓Wrong product delivered — you received files that do not match what you purchased.
- ✓Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- ✗Change of mind after purchase.
- ✗The design does not match your personal taste or expectations.
- ✗You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- ✗The files were already downloaded and accessed.
- ✗Your POD platform rejected the design for policy or quality reasons unrelated to the file itself.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with the following information:
- •Your order ID or payment reference number.
- •The email address used at checkout.
- •A clear description of the issue.
- •Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable).

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first reaching out to us may result in a permanent ban from our platform. We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues fairly and quickly.
