1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from www.printyouth.in ("PrintYouth", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Digital Downloads

PrintYouth sells digital design bundles (PNG, PSD, AI files) for use on print-on-demand platforms. All products are delivered digitally — there are no physical goods shipped.

• •Download links are valid for a limited time after purchase and accessible via your Account page at any time.
• •Files are delivered as-is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure files are print-ready at 300 DPI.
• •Product images shown on the site are for preview purposes only.

3. License & Permitted Use

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the designs.

You MAY:

• ✓Use designs on physical products (T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.) for sale on POD platforms.
• ✓Sell unlimited units of products featuring our designs.
• ✓Modify designs for your own product listings.
• ✓Use on platforms like Printful, Printify, Merch by Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, Teepublic, and similar.

You MAY NOT:

• ✗Resell, share, or redistribute the raw design files (PNG, PSD, AI).
• ✗Claim ownership or copyright of our designs.
• ✗Use designs in NFTs, blockchain products, or AI training datasets.
• ✗Sub-license the design files to third parties.

4. Payments & Pricing

• •All prices are displayed in your local currency where available, with INR as the base currency.
• •Payments are securely processed by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• •Prices may change at any time without notice, but you will always be charged the price shown at checkout.
• •Coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical issues on our end (e.g. corrupted or missing files). If you experience a technical problem, contact us at support@printyouth.in within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

6. User Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• •You must not share your account with others.
• •We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All design files, website content, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of PrintYouth. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our website or marketing materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrintYouth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
